3 Hour Field Trips are from 10:00am -1:00pm
2.5 Hour Field Trips are from 9:30am-12:00pm
Summer STEM times are from 9:30am-11:30pm

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
During Daytime Field Trip Programs we will be operating our facility just like a fun Public Skate – Only it’s Private for just your school!
We offer a full-service Cafe that will be open during your event for any additional food needed. CLICK HERE TO SEE OUR CAFE MENUÂ – PG 2
Field Trip programs are also allowed to bring in their own individual packed lunches and or water bottles.

GUEST ATTENDANCE:
Since your school or organization has rented our facility privately, there is a minimum paid guest requirement. Please check your contract for more details.

Teachers & Chaperones may attend at no charge. Complimentary roller-skating is also available for these guests to assist there students during the skating portion.Â
PREPAING TO VISIT
PAYMENTS & CONTRACTS:
Upon reservation, your organizations will be sent a contract and estimate for event. Your Signed contract will be expected to be accepted and signed within 72 business hours in order to hold onto your reservation date.
Some deposits will be required to also hold your reservation dates. Please confirm with management you are not required to pay a deposit
Any unpaid balances will be due at arrival. Our staff will wristband all students entering and provide a final count number to the school organizer. Final payment will be based on the total number of students attending. Your minimum guest count agreement will be due whether that number was met or not.
We accept; Cash, Organization Check, or Credit Card / Apple Pay. When using a credit card, a 4% convenience fee will be applied. School / Organizational Purchase Orders will also be accepted with approval. Your Purchase order is required 7 business days prior to your visit without other arrangements being made by management.
Schools who are trying to use Title 1 Funds to pay for your field trip – We recommend you stating that our off campus learning experience provides a 1-hour Teacher led Lesson + 2 Hours of PE (Physical Fitness) *Additional STEM Concepts can be added to the PE portion if necessary. Please contact our sales office ASAP if needed to alter for Title 1 approval.
WAIVER:
At Skate Zone 71 we only require our Guests Ages 18+, that will be skating, to fill out & sign our electronic waiver of liability.Â
Non-Skating Adults and Children Under 18 are not required to provide this form –Â CLICK HERE TO VIEW AND SIGN OUR WAIVERÂ . A signed waiver is valid for 30 calendar days.
What To Expect
DURING YOUR EVENT:
You have rented our entire facility for you & your guests. We will operate the rink with Admission associates, Cafe associates, Floor Guard associates, and a LIVE DJ. Anything not included in your package will be additional costs (game credits, glow items, skate mates, laser tag, additional food and beverage from our cafe menu).
Our Venue will be closed to all other outside guests who are not registered with your school.
We will plan to have our cafe, arcade & laser Tag area staffed and sticked for your event unless otherwise instructed by the school coordinator. If your school does not want these amenities available for your students, advance notice is appreciated so we can assure proper staffing during your event.

EVENT FLOW:
At Arrival, your guests will go through our admission process, and then be escorted to our classroom portion of the event. Your taught STEM Lesson will be the first 45-60 minutes of your event.
Wrist Guard presentation will follow after the lesson by a Skate Zone 71 representative. All skating guests will be required to wear our provided wrist guards to skate.
Teachers will then be given the choice to host lunch, or a combination of lunch & skating. Instructions will be recommended for your group size. Following this decision we will open the cafe & skate counter for your students to be dismissed by table to use. Games will turn on, and we can begin scheduling Laser Tag games accordingly.

The FINE PRINT:
Advance Reservations Required. Any event cancelled less than 14 calendar days before your event date may be subject to a reservation fee of $200. This would not include any events that were cancelled due to an unforeseen school day out, or any inclement weather that keeps your transportation form being available.
By reserving your party with us, and making payments, you are agreeing all of our rules and regulations.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, as well as Tap to Pay services. There is a 4% convenience for all charged expenses.
